Snake Herb
Acanthaceae Dyschoriste linearis

Snake herb is a low growing perennial that makes a good groundcover in partly sunny places.  It can grow from 4 inches to l feet tall.  If not over watered and over fed, it will be shorter.  It has lavender, bell-shaped flowers in late spring and early summer. The foliage is long and narrow and does not mind dry caliche soils.

Upon request we can ship plants for those who cannot come to the nursery. For this service we charge a $25 handling fee to take the plants to UPS for boxing and shipping. The cost of shipping is only known after UPS boxes and weighs/measures the box(s). A credit card number is required to chargethe costs to post UPS shipping is known.
