Littleleaf Walnut
Junglandaceae Juglans microcarpa

This is a small version of our other walnut trees.  It usually reaches only 30 feet in height, has smaller leaves and smaller fruit than its bigger cousins.  This tree is a scattered throughout the Hill Country usually along streams and in canyons.
