GRASSES

Weeping Muhly
Muhlenbergia dubioides

This graceful muhley grass is native to Arizona but does well in the Texas Hill Country.  It has a graceful weeping appearance and enjoys full sun.  It is very drought tolerant when established.  Like the other grasses in this genera it blooms in the fall with slender seed heads.  It grows to 1½ or 2 feet tall.
