Blue Eyed Grass
Iridaceae Sisyrinchium ensigerum

Blue-eyed grass blooms from March to April in neat low bunches.   The flowers are a delicate blue with a yellow center. The foliage looks like grass if you do not check closely.  It is great in the edge of a border planted in mass.  It self sows readily.
