Passionflower Vine
Passifloraceae incarnata

This passionflower is a Texas native that grows well in the Hill Country.  It has large, showy purple flowers and climbs over a fence, trellis, or dead tree. The fruits are oval and turn orange when ripe. Everyone seems to enjoy this unusual flower.
